Cmentarz Żabikowski
Cemetery of the parish of St. Barbara in Luboń. Established in 1928 as a gift (1.5 hectares of land) from the family of Andrzej Mizerka and his successors to the Żabików community. From 1935, it was used together with the parish of St. John Bosco. In 1945, it was enlarged by the adjacent Evangelical cemetery. Further expansion of the area was another gift from the Mizerek family in 1990 (5,400 m2). In 2002, the city authorities planned a wedge between Cmentarna and Traugutta streets from the highway to further expand the necropolis. The next expansion of the cemetery on the side of Galla Street by 1.8 ha took place in August 2004 as part of a non-cash land exchange between the parish of St. Barbara and the owners - the Mizerek family.
